Yep, that's the difference between the main and secondary jets lol.
Th one below on the left that was installed into the secondary on the old carb. Pretty much a dead on match to what was in the main in the new carb.
I probably could have swapped the main and secondary jets back around in the old carb, putting them back in the places they were suppose to be, and it would have ran just fine with the old carb. But I already had the new carb and they were both China made units, I figured I'd just throw on the new one lol.

Chinese stuff can come with faults, the bloke at the factory may have picked up the wrong jet and nobody would have checked. I just fitted a Chinese ignition switch to an Eiger, switch woks fine, plug right for the Eiger harness, but wire too short to reach the loom once it is fitted to the dash, also fitting horribly sloppy in dash, had to pack it with an O ring, and lengthen the wires using the old switch connector.
