1999 badger electric start

1999 badger electric start
I have a 99 badger and the button will not start it. It does run when I jump the solenoid and runs fine. I can shut the machine off with the button though. I have a new battery, checked solenoid, new starter relay, checked connections etc. I am baffled. Any suggestions?
