I have low gear but no reverse and high gear grinds but the fourwheeler don't move much what could be the cause

 

The linkage from lever to gearbox may need adjusting, Probably on the wrong spline if it is that bad, but it could be bent or broken selector parts inside the box. So check that external linkage first, and if that doesn't fix it, go into the box.
