Angry Tires/Rims

I have a 2002 Yamaha Bear tracker 250 and was thinking of changing tires and rims. As long as the bolt pattern is 4 X 110, is there any reason that I couldn't put 12" tires/rims on it without modifying anything? Thanks for any input!

The size of tyre you can fit depends on the outside diameter and width of the tyre plus the offset of the new rim. Too big OD and it will hit the footwell plastics, too wide, or too little offset, and the inside of tyre will hit the silencer.
