how much"better performance"can i expect from a clutch kit? from a dead stop, when i punch the gas,it will go about 4 ft. before the rears break traction in gravel,is this normal?

normally the griz is a wheel spining maniac. the clutch kit shouldn't have an impact on the start. depending on which one you have it will either advance the pulley ratio faster or slower as you pick up speed but the starting ration is the same. The slow start problem is somewhere else.

almost every griz i've seen does not have the throttle lever adjusted all the way out to get full throttle from the factory. you might want to see if you are getting full throttle.
