Due to your age and being a new driver I'm willing to bet that your rates are going to be REAL high. Check Progressive and that place in Iowa that was mentioned and get a quote. Remember that there will probably be a big difference between a policy with a $250 and $500 deductable. I suppose that you could insure it for the value of your modifications of course but I can't answer that part; the insurance company could explain.
