question on carb

When that happens, I think it means your float is stuck. If you have had your carb upside down for a period of time while you work on it or something, and it has the chance to dry out a little, the plunger will stick and allow fuel to over flow. If it doesn't do it very often like 2-3 times a year or something just take a screw-driver handle and tap the bowl lightly, it should stop. If it does it often, take the carb apart, clean it very good and maybe even get a new float assembly. That's all I can think of! Good Luck!
