I went riding this last weekend. Went into a corner at about 40mph pulled the clutch in to downshift/roost and snap, my clutch cable is gone. So now I have a needle-nose vise-grips clamped on the clutch post, what's left of my cable tied to the end of the vise-grips and electrician taped on, and then the cable is routed back around my rear fender mount and back up front along the seat and tied to my front fender mount. It works but it looks like something off of the "Red Green Show".

Now, my question is, where can I buy a "GOOD!" clutch cable. What are anybodies recommendations. This is the third time it has happened.

Buy a terminator clutch cable from rocky mountain atv. They are only about $19 and are incredibly smooth and strong.

My clutch cable broke a few weeks ago. I ordered a new one from Dennis Kirk for $10. When I removed my old cable it was corroded and almost siezed up, so if I would have lubed it every now and then it wouldn't have broke. You might have the same problem expecially if you ride through water.
