I am installing a ProDesign kill swith on the Raptor but do not know where to hook the two wires. One goes to the positive coil wire and the other to the ground on the bike. Where are those????

Please give me "real newby" instructions on where to connect. Descriptions, not just terms...

Thanks

Xplor you need to splice to the coil wire right by the coil and you can ground it on the coil mount that bolts to the frame.

What and where is the coil? What does it look like and what color wire?

Hyper660R, I installed the axle...all I can say is WOW! It handles much better now. Cornering is so much easier and faster.

Xplor its under the front left fender its black and I think the coil wire
is orange.I'll check it out and email you tomorrow. What the kill switch does is ground out the coil witch kills the motor

The wire that plugs into the front of the coil is removed. Now wrap your positive kill switch wire around this connector and slide it back onto the coil. Nice, neat job and no cutting on your wiring harness either.

I took a bolt out (one that goes into the frame) near the coil and hooked up the ground wire.

I used some small, black zip ties to keep everything in place when I finished up.

10 minute job.
