BACK IN APRIL I BOUGHT A 2001 GRIZZ W/19 MILES ON IT.NOW ITS ONLY GOT 94 MILES AND I WAS WONDERING WHEN I SHOULD TAKE IT IN FOR SERVICE(VALVE ADJUSTMENT,ETC.ETC.)

On my Raptor they told me to bring it back at 30 hrs / 5 tanks of fuel for valve adjustment. Also at that time they would do oil/filter change and grease vehicle. General inspection. I went ahead and did the first oil/filter change after first day of riding. Greased the fittings myself and glad I did not much grease in there. I took my back because of the posts on ATV connection about the need for first valve adjustment. Chet

WHY ARE YOU ASKING PEOPLE HERE?SEEMS LIKE A GOOD IDEA TO READ SERVICE MANUAL OR .....HOLD ON ............BRAINSTORM COMING................................CALL ........LOST IT !

It should say in your manual. Mine says 4 strokes go by hours. First service is at ten hours. The next is 20 and then every 50 from there.
