Excellent post & pictures. Hey, looks like the pipe is pretty long. How far does it stick out past the stock grab bar ?

You guys make it hard to decide what's the best route !!!

Great looking Raptor.

I never had the stock grab bar on there with the pipe, but I don't think it sticks out too far. The kit comes with a 150, 160,165, and 175 main jets. It also says to move the clip on the needle to the 4th clip. I haven't messed with the needle because it runs awesome. I do however think that the pilots need changed. There's a noticable sputter at 1/4 throttle when cruising along. It rarely sees 1/4 throttle so it's not a big deal. I plan on changing the pilots soon. THe kit cost $569 plus shipping. I went to Waynoka, OK this last weekend. I did a lot of drag racing. It was definitly one of the fastest Raptors there. I beat a lot of modified Banshees, 250Rs, and Bomb's as well. Not all of them though...damn there was some fast bikes there. There was a couple of Bomb's that were really fast. Of course some of the Banshees, and 250Rs were really fast too. The Raptor held it's own against a lot of modified bikes, and just plain smoked anything that was stock. There was only one Raptor that out ran me once, and he had a Graydon full pipe. I don't know what other mods, but it was just a hair faster than mine. The guy riding it looked about 50 lbs lighter than me, and that could've been the difference. I destroyed a couple of bikes with just slip-ons. Also the Sand Skate IIs that I put on hooked awesome.

Later,
Dan

I just ordered mine. Allan was great. The guy answers his own phone and talks with you. That is the kind of service I wanted.

I told him that I will run it in the winter and he had other suggestions such as a Dynojet kit to compensate for the cold weather. I also ordered the CT Grab Bar just so that the exhaust would be protected in the event of a wheelie gone wrong.

I can't wait to get it.

I will post my review when it is installed.

All the races at Waynoka were on Sand! All bikes had paddles!

I got mine on and dialed in prety close with the jetting last weekend. It is a totaly different machine than before. It revs so much faster, I am really impressed with the whole package. I may have to change the jetting when the weather cools off though. I can't wait to get to the dunes with it.
