YAMAHA'S JUNK TIE ROD ENDS (the fix)
#1
AT THE COST OF $40 plus, a tie rod end just to find out their bent within months drove me crazy,my son is pretty rough on quads, but my friends have the same problem with their warriors too.So being a Honda 400ex guy,I put Honda 400ex tie rod ends & tie rods on his warrior, the new and bulker tie rod ends only cost appox. $30 each, but its a fix that i dont need to go back to time after time. There is some things you need to do to make this work, like drilling out for bushings in stem and spindles, and cutting & retreading new tie rods out of either chrome moly or just use drill rod.
