hmm.from me riding this weekend a lot and racing this weekend a lot i realized its mostly rider, but that warriors probably have a little, just a little edge on the blaster after they get going like 4th and up and that the 300m ex and 250 ex lag behind even tho they "handle" better"

I have owned all the bikes you mentioned. You didn't indicate for what kind of riding!!! In a drag race or in the dunes it would be Warrior, Blaster, 300, 250. Out on a tight trail, the Blaster and 300 get the edge for being light and agile, then the Warrior and 250.
Of the 4 bikes you mentioned, the 300 has the best suspension by far. The Blaster has that fun 2-stroke powerband and it's cheap. The 250 is a solid bike for an intermediate rider. The Warrior is bigger and heavier than it should be.

With both in stock trim the Warrior would edge out the Blaster from 4th gear on. After both were modified the Blaster was much closer but still fades a little from 4th gear on, maybe 2 lenghts running up to 6th gear. The Warrior is heavier than it needs to be but this also makes it very stable at high speeds, and it has reverse for tight trails. I know alot of people say who needs reverse, but I was in some trails this weekend that were just wide enough for my quad to get down them and they had 3 foot walls on each side. The only way to go back was to get off and pull (NO room to turn around), or flip it in reverse and drive out backwards. I prefer to drive out if at all possible! I also don't think the Warrior gets enough credit in the woods, the thing has plenty of torque right off idle to get through most anything you come across. I ride with a LT250R, Blaster, YZ250, and what ever else shows up and have never been left in the woods because I could not make the quad turn a corner or go over a log. I know the Warrior is not the best quad out but with the exception of the suspension I think it will out perform a 300EX in every thing but jumping.

I have a blaster and can honestly say that I beat a Warrior, 250ex, 300ex, and a 400ex: on both a motocross track and a Drag strip. My blaster has a FMF pipe and silencer, holeshot rear tires, boyseen reeds, and a 12 tooth sprocket. I promise the Blaster is better than any stock Honda and Warrior once you put some money into it< as in $400>.

the blaster beats warrior *** for that matter even 400ex some ppl will say its the rider well i got on the blaster that beat me and i smoked my bike even worse not to mention a stock 400. Blasters are light and so am i that may be why but i have always been impressed by the little yamahas.

No matter what you do the Warrior is faster than a Blaster on top end (stock vs. stock). It's a fact. It has nothing to do with rider ability as long as both people have enough strenght in their right thumb to hold the throttle wide open.
A drag race can depend on rider ability to a point so I'm not going to argue the fact that these guys say they can beat a Warrior in a drag race.
Oh by the way, I used to own a Blaster a few years ago (more like 7 years ago or so).
