It is much harder than you may have heard and invloves more than just swaping the engine top end.

 

yes i have seen kiwi craig speak of your project,,i also think i have talked to you before,,if so iam the person with the blaster 2002 show quad on ebay...i had purchased a complete dt200r bike,,,,was in fair condition,,,but is blown as of today......ni iam screwed..i need to find a link to get parts from canada,,it would be alot easier to to then what i had to do before..anyway you seem to be the only one with coming close to getting this done,,,so far what i know,,is that you need the servo unit all electrics,cylander/head,right side case and water pump and a radiator,,,i really would like any info you can give me,,i would like to get this done before the winter....the best bet with this mod in my opinion is to do what i was going to do drop a complete engine in and mount a yz 250 or rz radiator to a custom built frame from laegers,,close to 250r specs but with the dt200r engine and blaster plastics or even raptor and make it a 250..
