I have a 99 warrior and wanted to improve the handling.What can i buy and how much it costs.

Do you still have stock tires. That's the
first step better tires

By flipping over the front rims you can increase the front wheel width almost 4" over stock. You'll have to plug the stock valve hole though,(to clear the brake caliper) and then re-drill and mount another valve stem on the other side.
