Joey, Use a good snap-on screwdriver or something comparable. THere all tight like that. Use some liquid wrench spray or equivalent. If you already stripped out the tops of them. You'll have to get a hacksaw or dremel and make a slit in the top so you can use a flathead screwdriver. Then just go get some new screws or small allens.

I opted for a different approach, I use an impact wrench (hand not airtool) with the largest possible phillips that would fit (keeps it from stripping out) and they pop right out. the alternative is a hand driver with a wide handle so you can put some force to it

Yeah Joey you can use a impact driver also. If you have too just make sure you have a good bit. Those are the only three ways your going to get it.
Regular driver, using the dremel trick, or impact driver. Later

Another thing to try is this magic potion stuff sold at Ace Hardware and maybe other places. It is basically a liquid that has hard particles in it. You put it on the screw head and then insert the screw driver. For some reason, this stuff closes up the gaps and stops screws from stripping. It even works most of the time when you already stripped the screws.

I didn't really believe this stuff could work but I bought it since it was only about $2. Give it a try!

Good Luck.
