My Grizz is stuck in four wheel drive . It indicates 2 wheel drive, you can hear it switch from 4 to 2, and from 2 to 4 & diff lock works. So basically everything indicates 2 but it's in 4...in high and low....and reverse. I'l be on the Piaute trail for 3 days later this month so I don't want to take it in and be without it. Any ideas?? Thanks.

I don't have a 2002 Grizzly so I can't really help. Such a new model plus having that new front locking feature that doesn't even apply to other Yamaha products. Maybe you are the first in a new trend. Hopefully we aren't reading about this problem for owners with VIN # with the last six digits 000001-006000.

Why not take it back to the dealer since it is still under warranty? Unless something is really messed up, sounds like they should have plenty of time to fix it before your trip.

Good Luck! Go Baltimore Spirit! Oh yea, their gone right? Go DC whatever their name is!
