Quarryboy, Altho you failed to mention what kind of racing you're doing, you might look at the BanditXC from Pure Sport. It's a fairly hard rubber compound with a tread so deep you could drop a Buick in them. If you just ride on grass & clay I doubt you'd wear them out very fast. The tread lugs seem to be fairly self cleaning also. I'm on my 2nd pair of rears on my Warrior & still on the 1st pair on the front for over a year. Down here in Az it is all rocks or hard pack caliche & a killer on tires. These tires hook up like nothing I've ever used before.
Hole Shots & Razrs are very good tires also but as you discovered, they use a soft compound and durability is not their strong point.
If you decide on the Bandits be sure to specify the XC's. They are a four ply with a Kevlar liner from bead to bead. There's little or no roll-over in hard riding, allowing you to maintain your line in turns, and also more resistance to punctures.

Bandits XC are the only tire I will use in AZ. Nothing else will hold up to the rocks. Reinforcing Rings are a good plus too.
But they are not the best tire for soft stuff. They just dig until your skid plate is on the ground.

P.S. Shave the outer row of ***** off the front tires to help stop that wondering problem.
