'02 GRIZZLY, BEST 4x4 EVER?????
#1
Hey All,
Well, I traded in my '00 KODIAK Tues. for a brand new '02 Camo. GRIZZLY. I have to say, this thing rules! It steers so easily and has such a nice "Cushy" ride. The ride quality and steering ease is far superior to that of my Kodiak. The ground clearance is incredible, great power, cool looking digital dash, looking front diff., push button 4-wheel drive, what else could you want??? Since I had heard the rumors of the Griz. not liking water, that was the first test it had to pass. I've run it through water, and also taken the side panels off and sprayed the hose directly on the motor. There's no "Coughing or Sputtering" with mine. The 25" stock tires just look goofy on a machine this large. It's obvious this thing was made for the bigger tires! So, I added 27" Blackwater XT's. They fit nicely on the very light stock aluminum rims. I'm extremely pleased with my new toy! Soooo, what don't I like about the new GRIZ.???? It's a little to noisy for my tastes. I wish Yamaha would have used a quieter muffler............
