[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img] - Chaparral and Team Factory Racing should be AVOIDED at all costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE 2 COMPANIES, unless you want to risk getting screwed.

[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] - On the other hand, RockyMountainATV, Moto-Man, NACs, Carbide's Motoworld and Ronnies are all great at customer service, among many others I am sure.

Please post any good or bad mail-order or internet-order ATV parts companies here.

I order tons of ATV stuff (online and mail order) from all the sites mentioned above, and ONLY got screwed by Chaparral and Team Factory Racing. Their customer service blows, and we (ATV enthusiasts) do not need to waste our time and money with hacks like that...

My advice. Take it or leave it.
Heed the advice or risk getting screwed.
Your choice.

Ditto on the Team Factory Racing. They suck. I ordered nerfs for my DS from them. First they said they had them in stock, then they said they were backordered, then they said they had SHIPPED THEM TO ME! Then they said they hadn't and they were still backordered. SO I cancelled the order after 2 months of getting the run-around. They said they would credit my card, they said they would credit my card, they said they would credit my card. Three months later they still hadn't credited my card. I put in a dispute with Visa, another 3 months later my credit was confirmed by Visa, dispute settled in my favor. And oh yeah, they charged my card immediately, even though the item was backordered, and it said backordered on my receipt.
.....Rocky Mountain ATV on the other hand is great. Delivery is superfast, especially here in New Mexico. I sent back a FMF slip-on 'cause it was too loud, I even scratched it up a little, no problem, returned for full credit. Easy to talk to, great customer service.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
.....That's the way to do business. They may have had to sell that FMF slip-on on their "dinged and scratched special page", but I have bought everything else I could from them because they offer such great service.

I've ordered from chaparral before and had good results. I would like to know the details.

I just ordered some oem parts from epowersports.com and it will be almost 4 weeks and haven't seen any parts yet. I ordered a whole bunch, so they can't all be backordered. They are very slow and I don't plan on ordering from them again.

I've ordered from Chapparral many times and always received my items as ordered and quite quickly. Great service from them. I do have to say though for the best prices and good service Rockymountain atv is my first choice to order from!

i also have heard bad things about team factory,a freind ordered a axel and it took forever,i orderd a jet kit from ct racing and was told i was geting their kit with titanium needles ect for 50.00.what i got was a dynojet kit and was charged 79.00.after getting it i decided id rather have it anyway but ill never by anything from them again because they told me one thing and did another. i have had great results with moto-man and rocky mountain

I have always had good service with Chaparral. When I need something small(bearings, etc), I call them, or Rocky Mountain. I have had good luck with Ronnies Online, and K&amp;K.. well, their service can't be any better.

Moto-Man screwed me around big time! I ordered a set of AC nerfs for my Banshee, red nets. 5 weeks later, I get a box in the mail... Whadda'ya know? Moto-Man Racing. I looked on the label, and the package containment slip.. what do I see? &quot;AC Racing Alloy Pro-Peg Nerfs- - - 400EX&quot;

I called them everyday for 2 weeks, and they always said they would send a shipment recall. After waiting another 5 weeks, I called back, and had a very heated discussion with the owner.. Well, 3 weeks(hey, it's an improvement!!) later, I got a recall in the mail, and a pair of AC's for a Banshee.

I've ordered a couple of things from moto-man and had a good experience. However, I do always try to use the local dealer, atleast you can put a face to the mistake when one happens.

I use magic racing up in michigan..

2 thumbs up.. 3 if I had them.. I've order about 10 to 15 times. Only one screw up, a set of rear bearings. He shipped me the NEW set prior to having the old ones back, and sent a call tag for the wrong bearings, so I wouldn't have to pay shipping! This is how you do business and keep customers! Super nice guys... quick 1 day ups ground ship to ohio.. I like it like that!
