I need to upgrade both front and rear brakes now due to the better performance of the new engine kit. I have seen the rear hyd. kits but none for the front. Will the warrior or Banshee front set up work with minor modifications. And how good are the rear kits, it seems like I could possibly use the rear set up off the Banshee with some minor mods to the frame for the fluid resev. and the pedal area. Has anyone tried it yet ?

I have Hydros all around. The Banshee and warrior brakes work for the front but you have to make brackets for the caliper to bolt on to the spindle where the tierod connects.

I have the Trenga kit on the back and it works pretty good But I would reccomend adapting them from another quad.

Brakes

Check out Mello ATVings neat article on a do it yourself fit up based on Honda 350 bits

http://www.uslink.net/~philzie/bb1.html

the team at Blaster central had a lot of hassles with there trenga setup so maybe look elsewhere if you are after a kit setup…………

Blaster central have also looked at front brake conversions so check em out.
