blaster 240 kit

does anybody here have a 240 blaster??
was the kit hard to install??

for the kit u have to send your topend only to the company doing it. they do all the mods u get it back and just bolt the cylinder, pipe, and intake system back on and break the motor in gradually. there is nothing really to it.

I have one and it is awesome. Pretty much like mudman says but you can send the whole motor and have them rebuild the bottom end too but it costs quite a bit more.

Does the piston come with that or do you have to buy it sepperatly?

CT's kit comes with the following. Re-sleeve cylinder, port to your specs, head mods, piston kit, pipe, FMF reeds (don't use them, Buy Boyesen), Keihen 35PWK carb, airbox adapter, throttle cable. All this for $879. Extras you should get, Silencer- add $50. Satin Chrome pipe- add $30, Very shiny.
