flip66 and myself are trying to install a new perch on his warrior. however we ran into a problem with the parking brake and the other plug that is in the stock perch. does anyone know how to bypass the stock plugs option? We think if you strip the plugs to bare wire and join them, we are in business. I had the same problem with my 400ex, but was able to connect the 2plugs together and use the new perch.(on the warrior they are both male plugs,on the 400ex they were male/female)
help and thank you

I have a 96' and installed a pep clutch lever/perch. All you have to do is remove the wire and pin(switch) from the stock perch. Put some electrical tape to keep dirt/mud off of it and tuck it in with your other wires. Do not cut or splice anything. Hope this helps.
