i know alot of owners of the 660 have been having trouble with the plastic side panels.
mine where off but i fixed them by shiming the floorboards with washers.
but after looking things over it seems to me that the 2 brackets under the floorboards are little weak.
maybe will riding they are bending down alittle.
have a feeling yamaha might have to make these brackets stronger. just thought .
quess will see if im right or not.

 

which side of the bike was there a problem on. If sitting on the bike the right side of mine was out of alignment. befor I rode it. I thought the dealer just missed the setup. maybe not.

 

If I had my choice I'd rather see them recall them for the tranny in the raptor. Will never happen..... As far as the floorboards on the Grizzly, Good luck.

 

just check all sides for gap. and raise the floorboard where needed. let me know if you need more help.

 

Considering it's Yamaha you are dealing with, I would'nt try to hold my breath 'till a recall is announced.
