Is it the relay clicking or the starter clicking?

If it is the relay clicking, first turn your key on, then cross the two posts on the relay with a screwdriver. If it cranks, you need to clean the connections and try again, and if after cleaning it,it still only cranks with the screwdriver, you need a relay. If it doesn't crank try cleaning all your connections, battery posts, and starter terminals. Also make sure that your battery is still charged up.

If it is the starter clicking, you will have to remove it and find the problem within the starter.

my 96 warrior did that when the battery started to go dead..the battery had just enough to make that clicking sound.

i suggest you hook up some jumper cables and see if it will start. good luck

My .02: DO NOT JUMP START

Get another battery and try that. You risk seriuosly hosing your electrical system by jumping it. You might not, but is it worth the risk?

I found that cleaning up the start switch helped a lot. Dust will get in there and cause arcing. Open it up and check it out - it's quick and easy.

Did your starter ever sound sluggish? Sounds to me like you might of cooked your brushes. take a set of battery cables and hook the battery direct to the starter. If it won't turn you'll need to pull the starter get new brushes (comes as two parts) and inspect the armatour. It may need t be turned down unless it is too bad.
