I need to know what the float settings are for the raptor and what is the best way to measure it. I have a set of dial calipers but I dont know where to check it from.

The easiest way to check the float level is to take a clear piece of 1/8in hose, connect it to the drain line in the float bowl, then take and wrap it up in a U shape so it comes back up by the parting seem of the carb and flout bowls, then take and loosen the screw thats on the drain petcock. The fuel should be just under the parting seem, Book says 3-4mm But every one I've checked has been level with it!! The correct setting if you was to take the carbs apart would be 13mm which is about .510" this is measured from the flout bowl flange to the top of the float (highest spot).
