Howdy Folks,

I just got my Factory Service manual with Supplementary booklet # LIT-11616-13-39 included.
Wanting to create a Reverse speed limeter overide so I can goose her hard in reverse when situations call for it and then return it to factory configuration for Saftey reasons I went to the diagram.
I need an eletrical type person to look it over for an opinion.
The Eletrical Wiring Diagram shows a Speed Sensor with 3 wires connecting it to the CDI unit. One Blue&Yellow, another White, and a Black going to a black comming from the CDI unit, that seems to be going to ground. The symbol at the end of the black wire is not the usuall ground one with a "T" with 2 smaller lines. The line ends with a "Dot" with a short line through it.
My problem is that I don't know how the sensor operates. I do not want to experement.
If someone has knowledge of what to do and or would like me to scan and e-mail the diagram please e-mail me.
The diagram is from the 18 page Supplementary booklet. The location of the sensor is shown to be somewhere under or near the battery location.
