6,500 for a brand new silver grizzly I would travel 10 hours for, that is a great deal.
4,200 for a used 660 grizzly? I would check out the milage and see how old the owner is. If it's a younger kid I probably would leave it depending on the mileage and condition. Also check out that axle problem that most of the new grizzlies have had, SilverBear knows all about it.
Other then that it's a steal, I bought my 2000 600 grizzly last year for 4400.00 (came with a 2500lb winch, back rest, and a plow) and i feel i got a good deal, so the 4200.00 price is damn good.
I put 25 inch dirt devils all around on my old fasioned grizz and I love them, a nice 6 ply tire with good traction at a great price!

well, went to the dealer in Alexandria today.. quoted me 6499 on the regular colors. He said they stopped selling the Silvers due to paint problems.
I am hopeing I can get a better deal than that, the guy seemed like he wanted to sale! I would take it if they threw in a winch!
MUST.... SALE.... WOLVERINE!

SilverBear,
Yea it was a good deal, it had some scratches the prior owner didn't take very good care of it cosmetically but it runs great. I kinda wish I had waited for the new grizzly to come out but all in all the 600 is plenty I just wish I had 4wd instead of 3wd. I like the dirt devils a lot, what really turned me on about them was what you got for the price, they are a 6 ply tire with good dig and they didn't change the ride at all.
I don't get to ride as much as I'd like to because I am away from home working three days at a time and I do most of my riding in Northern Maine were I just bought a camp. Hopefully this year I will get out some more. I'm heading up north for a snowmobile trip next week.

I've seen a couple of 600 Grizzlys and they are one tough looking quad. I thought I had heard that Highlifter made a front locker for the 600's, and you may check out DirtyHowes as he makes front locking kits too. I don't know if he does for the 600 Grizzly, but would think so, he does on the Kodiak. The locker I want for my wifes Kid is one of the detroit lockers. Always in, but allows some slip for improved handling (steering).
