Lookin to buy some new shocks for my raptor, fronts aren't soft enough yet they bottom out on regular jumps. Lookin at either Elka triple rates for about 750 or TCS triple rates for 850. Whats your opinions on the shocks to buy, i'd really would rather not spend over 750, thanx.

I wouldn't buy the Elka shocks directly from Elka (Canada) due to shipping and customs fees. Also, the long distance charges are high. Buy them from The Quad Shop or some other US-based company. I have the Elkas all around but I couldn't say they are any better than the TCS of probably others. If I had to do it all over again, I would take a trip to North Carolina and get them from DeRisi so I could run their track and have them setup perfectly.
