How hard is it installing Durablue Eliminator Axel?
#1
I plan on installing Durablue's Eliminator Axel on my 02 Wolverine. Will it be tricky & is there anything I need to know? I've installed every item on my signature except the jetkit. I dont have alot of experiance working on atvs so should I leave this task up to the dealer? Thanks

I would try to track down a Clymer manual for your Wolv and take a look at what is involved in changing it. In my Clymer manual for the Warrior there is 11 pages with a detailed description, pictures, exploded diagrams, etc. Clymer manuals are usually about $24 and are very well written. The dealer route is the last resort. Ifyou can't find a manual locally, check out www.rockymountainatv. com or Magic Racing at 1-800-999-4594. Both are good people to deal with (maybe even on a new DuraBlue axle?).

I used red permanent loc-tite on mine so It wouldn't loosen up. If you ever have to get it off just use carb cleaner or thread breaker and let it soak into the threads for a few hours. Had a LoneStar with red and I got it off.

log into the durablue website and download the instructions, mine came with no instructions and while it was not tough to figure out, I could have saved some steps if I had an instruction sheet (things like note the position of the spacers before taking them off the durablue axle prior to install)
