Does anyone know the exact date when the New LE Black Raptor are supposed to arrive ?
I have one on hold and the dealership does not seem to have an exact date on when they will be shipped. I was wondering if any of you out there have heard any dates.

Impatiently waiting for this Raptor.

Basically I have planned a trip in early march and was wondering if I am going to have my new toy.

i live in SC and i asked our yamaha dealer and they said they will be getting one in about the middle of march. Hope this helps u. Thats all i know. I was wanting one too so i had to find out.

 

One guy on here says in his sig something like "24 days until LE Raptor" so it should be right around the first of march, according to him.

Why wait dude? The thing isn't THAT special! I don't see what all the hype is all about. They should have hopped up the motor with a cam and higher compression piston, and a GYTR pipe instead! THAT would be a true limited edition. I'd then gladly pay 'em up to $500 more money for that one!

 

I think the limited should have had all the gyt-r parts that would be a cool quad

 

riderrideshard how much worse could it look than yamaha blue? that stuff looks nice in the showroom but goes downhill FAST . black will hold up a lot better

 

I have been going by the date my dealer gave me and he said he should have it in early march. The reason I'm getting the LE is I would have to wait till march anyways and might as well get the LE plus the trails are wide and my Sportsman doesn have a scratch yet. And OregonMXracer I have

Black will look terrible when it hits the dirt, but you'll look good unloading it. I had a 250r w/ a black frame, never again......

 

My dealer told me about the LE Raptor when I bought my blue Raptor But I had a black 81 Harley Davidson Sturgis. What wasn't chrome was black. Butiful bike for about 5min after I washed it. If you can't keep a black street bike looking clean how are you going to keep a black quad looking good?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]
