Looking for a quad insurance company.

Okay guys, here's the deal:
New Jersey sucks when it comes to insurance. We are the worst state out there. Following your advice I contacted all mentioned in the forum.
So far all the companies mentioned do not cover insurance in New Jersey.
Mentioned so far:
Progressive
State Farm
Atvline otherwise Markel Ins. Co.
Guide One
Lia otherwise Lowder Ins. Agency
Do you guys know of any other ins. co. that I could contact for insurance for the quad?

I have a 2002 Grizzly 660 that is presently insured through Progressive. I pay $172 per year for full coverage. I needed that to get the theft insurance.
I just went on-line and got a quote from Markel Insurance. Their quote for the same policy was $183 a year.
Quadfather~
You say that Progressive is a bunch of crooks . . . You have probably had a bad experience with them? Can you divulge an idea of what happened?
Though Progressive may be a little cheaper than Markel, if they don't pay up it may be worth it in the long run to pay the extra for a reliable carrier.

Heres my experience with progressive.....I got a quote from Progressive to insure a 2002 Yamaha R6 sportbike for over $4000 a year! Granted sportbike insurance isn't cheap, but that still is a rip. They also quoted my around $1000 a year to insure my Prairie 650. I'm 22, no tickets and no accidents. Obviously I didn't get my insurance from them.

Here is what happened to me with Progressive.
I called them up, and told them that Ineeded insurance on a 4 wheel ATV. I was very specific about the machine being an ATV. After exchanging information, the lady quoted me at $208 a year for the coverage I requested. I thought that was decent, and gave her my credit card number to start coverage immediately. She said I would be covered starting at midnight that night.
A week later, I reveived a letter from Progressive, stating that I was trying to commit insurance fraud. They claimed I misrepresented my machine as a two wheeled street bike, and after running my VIN number, it came up as a four wheeled ATV. The letter went on to inform me that they could prosecute me under insurance fraud regulations, or, I could call them with my card number again so they could charge my account the additional $216 needed for ATV coverage.
I immediately called them, and advised them that they had till the end of business day to refund my $208, or I would be prosecuting them with fraud, and furthermore, they were the biggest bunch of Jackasses that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
I also advised them that I would be spreading the word on how incompetant they were.
