Can anyone supply me or tell me where to find a wiring diagram for a Badger 80. Besides the factory manual there is supposedly a Clymer manual but can't find one locally either. Basically I want ot put a headlight on this quad. The dealers service dept won't let me see a diagram from the service manual because of possible problems with the CPSC putting lights on "youth" quads. I have been told there is a yellow/red wire that can be used for lighting and it can handle up to 35 watts. I've looked at the microfische of the electrical of a badger stator and it shows a lighting coil. I found the actual wire under the plastic at the left rear of the quad. The end is sealed in plastic. I want the diagram to make sure that this wire goes to the stator and is the wire I can tap into. Some people say just tap into the battery, but this doesn't seem the right way to me (I just want to make things difficult I guess) Can anyone help. Thanks in advance.
