What is your serial #?
If it were mine, I'd ask for a meeting with the dealer's general manager and service manager.
If no help, I'd call the Yamaha 800 #, then fax them the details and receipts. Then I'd call 'em every couple of days to check on progress.
After that, I'd have my attorney write 'em a letter, cc: the dealer.
If still unresponsive, I'd tell the dealer I was gonna do a protest march in front of his dealership on a saturday 'till he and Yamaha see things more clearly, and then I'd do it.
I've used all of the above successfully with yamaha on other issues.
