Sorry, last post was sent prematurely.
I got the 2.5" rear Graphlites & they do make a nice improvement, I tooled around with them but haven't pushed them to the limit yet, maybe this weekend? I did notice that the front end tends to dive a little when I push the corners hard so I may spring for the 1.5" front spacers as well.
I was considering new front wheel hubs from PPP, they offer an effective 1.5" offset thus acting like wheel spacers, they work with the old bearings & all, cost is around $275 though.
Hey eRaptoid, nice pics/air, don't forget though, you are landing on soft sand, may not be so easy on the axle if it was rocks/hard dirt?

eRaptoid took some nice air alright, and the spacers held up. I was surprised, sure it was sand - softer than dirt - but on one occasion (big wipeout too) the quad landed vertical where the suspension doesn't get to compress, which bucked him off and almost necessitated lifeline choppers, and the rear spacers still didn't bend. I'm surprised the axle isn't bent...

Yeah CHIMMER, I'm sure it wouldn't be the same on hardpack. Not to mention I had the whole downslope of the dune itself to land on. Even tho HITOWER said I was almost clearing the downslope and nearly landing on the flat area (the day of the jump).

You know HITOWER, Irv said he walked off the jump where I wiped out and it was about 57-58 ft where the bike first touched the ground. I know I was clearing a good bit more than that on the jump that is in the pic that THEMOOSE took. Don't you think???

...And that does say alot for the '01 axle - with the two inch rear spacers on each side.

eRAPTOID - I would guess the jump in your picture cleared 70 or 80 feet, it was definitely farther than the one you wiped out on.

I've got the ez-fits in the rear and have had great results. Went with off-set front wheels to do the cheapo widening and that seems to be working just fine as well - but wider A-arms would be nicer.

Hey fourlix, we all just finished the Rock-to-Rock race in Mexico last weekend with no major injuries - whew, 110 miles of whooops. Now we are looking forward to another New Mexico romp - interested in showing us around again ?

Just got back from a Marienville PA trip, spent several days pushing the bike to the limit, except for big jumps & the wheel spacers held up without a problem. They made a very noticeable difference in handling, rarely ever tipped except when I pushed it beyond the limits, very happy with the results for the $$ spent.

I try to tell people all the time just a little width really helps and you only HAVE to do the rears...not the fronts if you don't want. I only did the fronts for the looks and haven't regretted it yet! Ride on...

I have a durablue 2+2 Axel and 1 1/2" spacers up front. I also have the Elka self sagging shocks all around and that really makes a difference. No tippiness what so ever.
