I have a 96 warrior and want more speed I have a pipe, k&n filter, and different sprockets, do they make smaller than a 40 tooth for the rear? Any suggestions on how to make it faster without sacrificing my bottom end.

It sounds like you've done all you can via bolt ons. You next step would be to get into the engine and either get a kit or do it piecemeal with a bore/stroke job . etc., since you already have the cam & piston. Or you could wait a few mos. for the new Yamaha Raptor or one of the other new machines. You might check with Sidewinder on the rear sprocket situation; I think they will make any size sprocket you are willing to pay for

WhiteWarrior
You can only go to a 39 tooth rear because of the sprocket hub size so all your changes will need to be to front sprocket.
Heres what I did to my 92 Warrior and was quite happy for a while.
FST 435 kit installed by them
10.5 to 1 comp.
White Bros. woods cam
Titanium retainers HD springs
Head ported & polished (by a flat track motorcycle racing buddy) also polished and matched intake.
Carb bored to 37mm
Pro Design filter system with K&N
RCM exhaust with head pipe
14 39 gearing
Works suspension and Holeshots
Didnt go with the higher comp. or big cam because I didnt want to run race gas. Mostly used for Hare Scrambles and Ice Racing and trail riding. Would not beat a Banshee in a drag race but it was close and in the woods he could not pull away.
Reliability was great once the bugs were sorted out. Ran this engine for 3 years only 1 problem and it was my fault.
Ice racing and I over reved it exhaust valve hit the piston not a good thing. If you make the Warrior breather a lot better you have to becareful as there is no rev-limiter and it will over rev enough to float the valves.
Sorry so long have a lot of past experience hopping up a Warrior and thought I would remenis as well as help you.
