I have a 82 225 three wheeler I need to change the rear bearings. I have never worked on a shaft driven bike. Do I have to remove the axle to change the bearing and if so How do i get it off. I have already removed the rear brake housing and both hubs. do I have to go into the shaft to get the axle out. Please Help.

I just replaced mine on a 2001 warrior and it was simple. slide it out one side by tapping it with a rubber hammer not to hut the threads on the axle. once its out pop the seals and bearings out
