The ex has better front shocks than the raptor, (which isn't saying a whole lot).

They are pretty much equal. My friend bottoms his 400ex more that I do my Raptor off the same stuff. Im also 30 lbs heavier than him.

Most people say the 400ex is bettter but owning both I would have to say the Raptor.
