Anyone from Reno Nevada?

mxwest is building the track acroos from the alamo. They built it last year for one race, we tried to race quads but they needed six for a class and we only got 4 to show. The guys on bikes also dont treat quads very well which kind of sucks.

Which is true bud. The guys at RMS are the only ones that respect the ATV's. I just want to see the track there permenantly so we can find 6 riders to compete. It's going to take of group, starting a few races before people say to them selfs "Hey, that looks fun" and decided to at least try it for once. People here in Reno are to afraid to try new things some time.

snowho where do you ride at usually? Rick, I ran the M.R.A.N.N. Series last year at fernley fallon raceway. Its a 52 mile desert course. I took 4th on a Blaster against 3 400EX's, 3 Banshee's, and 2 4x4's (Not sure what they were). talk bout funny chit a 200cc bike wide open the whole time... Boy my thumb hurt when I was done. We race in 5-8" of mud most of the way.

I live off pyramid highway so i'm usually going to moon rocks. I hit all the MX tracks right after the bikes race since they are in ok condition the day after a race. We raced with the over the hill gang last year, they would treat use pretty good and they gave us two motos and trophies, we usually had around 10 quads show. we will be racing mx at reno fernley raceway on the 14, I think check the schedule on www.nnqra.com we have the whole track just for quads and it will be well groomed. The first flat track race was this last weekend and about 25 quads came. We are hoping for a better turnout for mx. So come out and play.

May 19 MX Points-Reno-Fernley Raceway-Fernley. I will be there. Probably just to watch. Look for a dark silver metallic lifted 1990 4 runner. Come over and introduce yourself. Maybe we can go riding some time!

Actually the raptor tires do pretty well in sand, you would easily be able to make it to the top and you would also do fine in all the smaller dunes without paddles. I have paddles but have run with just the raptor tires before. I am 18. Maybe we will see you out there on memorial, there should be LOTS of people out there. Sean
