Hello, I just got my Full Yosh with spark arrestor, I have a pro design foam filter and stage 2 jet kit on it already, It is at 3 turns out on the fuel screws, no air box lid and has dj142 and dj144 mains, plug looks great where it was with stock exhaust, put the Yosh on, seems to run good, but pipe turned purple after a few mins. the paper that came with it said that is a lean condition. I still have the stock pilots in it too. anyone have this setup?? what have your findings been, I am not sure if I should start with mains or pilots or needle, so any help would be great!

just go to 146 and 148 and you should be fine..thats dynojets..have almost the exact set-up..my pipe is goldenbrown..slight ly purple at the headers..plug is perfect
i forgot to mention that i have a graydon airbox with no lid so you may be better off with 144 146..try that first

actually bought mine from someone on this forum..i use to have pics but cant seem to locate them at the moment..GRAYDON PROLINE makes it..also there is one on ebay..a compnay named cfm performance..i have orderd stuff through them and they make some quality stufff. the thing with the airbox is that it open..and it uses a standard 250r type filter..foam filters are a bit restrictive ..KandN s flow like crazy but you HAVE TO RUN THE OUTERWEARS. Pingrys has them also but those guy sare lame ..they lost my order.

Raptoridr660r,

The dynojets kit says 146/148 mains for full exaughst below 3000'. Your way to lean. 3 turns out on the pilots. Also, it says the kit is for modified airbox and after market filter. I found the 146/148 to be a bit lean (Color of plug) Plug was brand new white after running for 4-6 hours. (New plug) I went up to 155/160 (purchased new jets). Went back to 150/155 now. 155/160 runs stronger at sea level or just above than does the 150/155. This is with no lid. I would suggest going up to the 148/150 at least. Just my opinion.

I looked at my plug and it was lean, I put in the 146 and 148 jets, now it needs to get nice so I can ride it and check the plug, I will post back when i see how it looks, runs good but the plug is white, if I didn't check the plug, I would have not know it was so lean, the purpleness in the exhaust was a hint to though... are the bigger jets you have dynojets or regular jets, i know they are different in the #ing, thanks for the help man.
