i've had mine for over a year now, and really like them, my brother has works pro on his so I have a good chance to compare, the works are also very nice (the reservoires are smaller than the elkas), they feel very different but both are a major improvent over the stock puppies

Elka saved my life. No S. i am completetly serious. i have landed some bad jumps. You know the ones. nose dive. crash face on.

the travel with +3 A-arms is incredible. those shocks suck it all up. the ssd gets the Raptor sitting nice as well. i've got Elka's all around and have had them for a year. Crushed the rubber pushing on the bottom of one shock. considering what these things have been through...thats a small problem. The raptor is a heavy quad. it took alot of bad landings to get used to landing that thing after take off. i can't imagine the damage i would have done to myself with the stockers on. in fact the best thing about my raptor is the Damn Elka shocks. go figure.

the only thing better than Elka's product is their service. They are legitimately interested in getting your set-up perfect for you. If they were public. i'd own the stock.

They've completely blown my opinion of the french and canadians. Support these guys. they care. and thats rare.

Anyone thats dealt with them knows i'm not ranting and raving.

I just got my Elka's on the front of my shee 5/10 (kinda of long travel) since stock shock is 14" and mine is 16 1/4 +3 +1 a-arms with 400ex lower a-arm setup done by ATV Racing in Az. On 5/11 at Glamis Dunes I did not care for the sag feature. I don't know if because +4 swingarm and didn't have rear sag shock yet or just because of sand but front end was diving in sand bad while duning to Chine Wall super super fine sand.. But Elka is a great company and will help take care of the the small problem they told me on 5/10 only $25 a shock to change to regular triple rate. All in all while racing OLDs Hill they were great hitting the whoops and high speed duner just not the slow stuff....Nice fit and finish..
