Does anyone know where, besides a Yamaha dealer, I can get a Grizzly factory service manual and at what price? The local dealer wants $40.00 and I'm trying to avoid that. Also, how difficult is it to get to and adjust the valves on a Grizzly?

 

$40 is actually a good price for the Yamaha Factory Service Manual. I think my dealer charged me $57. The valves are pretty easy to adjust on the Grizzly. I haven't had to adjust mine yet. I've checked them twice, once after I got about 200 miles on it, and then again around 900 miles and they are still within the spec limits that the manual gives. You do have to remove the front rack, fenders, and gas tank. I have this down to an art as many times as I've had the front end off to fix my carb problems.
