Well, i finally cracked my oil tank. I have no reason why. I used a torque wrench every time to torque it to the proper spec. Anyway i would like to know what people think of their Pingry oil tanks. Has anyone had one for a while ? What is the quality like ? Will it stand the test of time ? What is the best place to buy one ? Best price ?

Lucey, of the pingry oil tank I have been told it take one more quart of oil then stock, it will cool up to 10 degrees since it have a couple of holes where air go thur. I have been waiting mine almost two months from my shop. It order thur White Bros. and they are back order. Pingry was surprised of the demand of the oil tank. The quality is good and I have seen some of the raptors set up for desert racing. price I believe is around 225 plus or so.

There you have it.

I have one on my Raptor, I love it. It looks killer and the quality is awesome. You get some mothers polish and polish it up, it just shines like hell.

I also have one, like Zombie said a little polish & it shines up like a mirror! It does hold one extra quart, however you must remove the head pipe to install it. Looks & works great you can't go wrong with this one!

Anyboby got the Denton stabilizer mounted with the Pingry tank too ? Is there space for both ? The stabilizer comes real close to the stock tank and if the Pingry is bigger, well.......

Thanks

The Pingry tank rules! I've had it on mine for 7-8 months with no issues. The stock tank is a bad design, and will continue to fail if you ride rough. Also I've noticed that the bike stays cooler. The fan is rarely on, even when riding hard in hot weather. If it does come on, it not on long. We'll worth the mula! Buy it direct from Pingry, I did!
