YAMAHA CARD/INSURANCE?
#1
If you buy a new machine with the yamaha card do you have to provide proof if insurance.
I'm against using the card because I have heard yamaha isn't to good on financing but if they have a good promotion coming up I might apply for the card and look for a good deal.
I was hoping to sell my 2000 grizzly first but if I find a good deal I might go for it now.
Does anyone know what the promotion will be for June? The 49.00 per month was done after May 31st.

They have extended the $49.00 a month deal until June 30th, 2002. $49.00 a month until Januaray 2003. Once the offer expires get a real loan with real interest rates and pay off the card. JMO
P.S. One year and a half ago, when I purchased my kids Badger with the Yamaha Credit card. I was not required to get or provide proof of insurance.

I will be selling my 600 grizzly and my 97 vmax 500 so as soon as they are sold I will be paying off the new machine. I think I might wait until October so I can get the winch deal. I will shop around in the meantime and if the perfect deal pops up I will have a new machine.
I also want to wait until October so I can get a cheaper insurance rate since I have some traffic violations that will be gone then.

the yamaha card is a revolving credit account, just like a visa/mc/amx.
I got the $49 deal and plan on getting a bank loan on Dec 15th to pay off the card. I ended up paying cash for the TT&L but didn't put as much down on the bike as I had planned... I still need to sale my wolvy, which will help pay down the grizz
