Watz
AV-Gas is NOT GOOD for the bike at all!!
It got too much chemical addictives then gasoline have. The AV-gas is made for the engine that have steady RPM like airplane do. Bike don't at all. You rev from low to high all the time.
So what it cheaper. you could ruin the engine.
Go ask good engine builders and see what they have to say.

If I was going to build a drag race Banshee, I would have Trinity build me the 520 Powervalve. At Little Sahara, OK, I saw a 520 Powervalve built by K & T and it was quite a runner. I have video of it running within a bike length of a Crankenstein and it beat the fastest turbo. (This is just to say that it has plenty of power, not to say that it will always beat the turboes.) On bikes this fast, the holeshot can make all of the difference. The big powervalved engines have a good sound to them too. If you've ever heard a Crankenstein, you know what I mean.

I hear alot of Trinity, but where were they to show off there work at Sand Mtn Nevada? hmmmmmm.

K&T is located in Roy, Utah. A&S did well matching K&T mph on a turbo BLM land doesn't allow E.T's...... www.hscustoms.com is not K&T's site, but all work is done by K&T.

It you want to make and educated decision King of the Hill is at LS, Utah on Labor Day Sat. All the builders will be there w/ some exceptions and you can see for yourself and ask the builders questions.....

There is a guy named Gil who has a 250r w/ one overbore and runs neck and neck w/ ESR 370's. That is the most impressive quad period!!!!

www.planetsand.com in the Utah section. They are my vids....

money no object? put in a dodge viper engine then. but if you want something more feasable, get a redline revolt 1300 snowmobile engine, turbo it and put it on the bottle and make it an alky burner. you'll have like 400 horsepower

While everyone is on the subject of banshee motors what is the T-Rex? I saw one in a drag bike last weekend and it was fast. I tought I heard him say 523 but I might have not heard correctly.

I just think I'll put in my 2 cents. When I was down at the dunes I was parked next to a couple of guys that run snowmobiles. They have about $20,000 into them. He said that the "guys at the dunes, their machines only produce 60, 70 horsepower. When you have a snow machine, (1000cc) and put a 1770 kit in it you can make about 200 ponies." After that you can get turbos... I just think you might look in to this. He also said that you can get a good condition engine from a salvage yard for about 2000.

I have never heard of an unsatisfied K&T customer....Their quads don't win every race, that's impossible, but the reputation is nationwide....Dennis Packard is a motor guru also....

Where are the guys on here with the fast shees? I want to hear what you have? What you like, do not like about your set-up. What you would do diffent if you did it again.
