Does anyone make a unlocker for the wolverine to go from 2 to 4 wheel drive. I think it would real nice to be able to switch it.

Highlifter makes an unlocker for the Wolverine and will make the machine into one of the best sport/utility ATV's on the market. You can go to www.highlifter.com to contact them and see the unlocker.

I have e-mailed Highlifter a few times asking when the un-locker will be ready for the Wolverine.I first e-mailed them last year around this time and they said they would be ready in September of last year. When I e-mailed in January of this year they said late March -when I e-mailed in March they said late May. I would say they are just trying to keep people interested and probably won't be ready for 6 months. I then found out Warn (same co. that makes the winches)makes a product called 424 Select, that allows 4x4's to switch 2-4 also. But they are only available for several Honda 4x4's. I e-mailed Warn yesterday to ask them if they are going to make them available for the Wolverine. Someone e-mailed me back saying they are going to include more models and have no approximate time when they will be done. I just hope either co. gets it done quickly.

Frustrating, isn't it? I would imagine that both companies are at the mercy of their machine shops.

It makes no since to me why they would start off by making the full utility quads select 2/4wd & **** around & not make one for the popular sport utility Wolverine. I havent got a clue.

I gotta agree with ya Rubicon. Hey also wanted to know how good the Works shocks are? Will they take away the bouncy feeling I get when I ride on bumpy trails. I seem to be the only one in the group I ride with who has to slow down when the trail gets bumpy.

The shocks are best mod you can do for a Wolverine beside switching it to 2wd. Works will custom make the shocks for you. By your weight, height, riding ability & style. I went with aggressive recreational type shocks. Their great for jumping also. Sometime in the near future I plan on replacing the rear also. Just get them you wont regret it.
