I'm sure bomb is smart enough to put safe guards in place to protect themselves from any law suits.

The quad won't be a top seller but it will sell enough to make the other manufacturers think about designing one.

There are just to many "mom and pop" riders who will buy these.

If they are priced right they will sell to people who want 2 rides but can't afford it.

Actually I think its A great concept. It may seem odd at first, But Bombardier is thinking towards the "family" and how it relates to ATVing,and improving "our" image with the Treehugging/Lobbyist of our government.

I'm willing to bet if they only made Snowmobiles and Watercraft for a Single rider ONLY, That they would have been banned years ago! I think its a move in the right direction to make "family" models, So we don't have to fight so hard for our high-performance models.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Not sure where all the negativaty is coming from reguarding this issue.... This is a special use machine, why is it being comaired to other more sporty single person ATV's. I think this is a terific Idea, I already ride with two people on my machine, with little handling problems. Just a little tight on room so it becomes uncomfortable after a while. This new machine would be great! It seems what most people don't like here is that it is a Traxter, I admit the Traxter is not my choice of machine either however, Imagine if Yamaha picked off this idea and made a two person KODIAK. There is room in the market for this idea just like a grand touring Ski-doo, or a touring Motor cylcle. I'd much rather ride this new two person traxter than the existing side by side machines. Example this machine would still fit in the back of a pick-up. Do that with a mule.
