Thanks for the help guys. I don't want to split the case so the rod is out, for now. Vraptor how much did it cost for your head work and how much differance are we talking about? Also did you get the big valves? Like I said before the head is all that bothers me, the bore won't be a problem at all. I have never done any kind of work on the head of anything so I don't really know what to expect. Would the differance between a good p&p and a bad one be like 1hp or more like 6-7hp. 6-7 might constitute me sending it off. If the guy I was talking about did it and I didn't think it was enough couldn't I then send it in.

the difference on my machine was easily 7 or more hp, difficult to be sure (since i dont have access to a dyno), but I would compare the difference to going from a stock exhaust to a complete exaust system, it was major, i did go with the oversize center valve (32mm) I was tempted to go with all three intake, but there was a question about clearance with the piston on the other 2 plus I could not get answers on how much difference (hp) it made, the price was a bit high you can get the prices for all the mods on headwork at www.trinityracing.com

Thanks again. Now I see the 32mm valve in your signature, I most just go blind sometimes.
