got my prodesign shifter.......

I love it, it makes the shift from first to second a little longer but it is very smooth. I can find neutral now easily. Alos got the case guard, but worried, when i drag race i wear loose jeans and i am afrain that they will get caught up in the sprocket. I also got my swingarm back together after about 5 days of sanding and polishing. Now i am working ton the cases and i am also going to try to polish my stock oil tank. I also took my carberators off and sanded the boot out. I ordered the renthal sprocket kit and chain also, but i ordered an o-ring chain. My friend races banshees and works on bikes at a shop and he told me to get a non o-ring chain. I will send it back i think and get the non o ring one.. Any one else know about the chains?

Regarding chains, use an X-ring chain. It has less drag then an O-ring, but has the lubricating characteristics of an O-ring. A "non" O-ring chain has to be maintained alot more then the others! Drag racing guys will sometimes use a non-o-ring chain beacause of the minimal resistance.
Most importantly, make sure what ever chain you get, it's a "ATV chain". Many places will sell you a motorcylce chain, which is not strong enough to handle 660+cc's.
good luck!
