GREAT TO HEAR BUDDY!!! i am glad it was only that!!! i cant beleave there actually covering that under warrenty!!!!!!!! my dealer wont scratch his own a$$ under warrenty, heehee.
if i only had 150 dollars to spend, and wanted a great add on for the money. its easy!!! a k$n filter and a jet kit. it will cost bout 145 out the door, and will add power for ya. you will have to open up your exhaust for the air flow, but with so many links on how to do it, that should be easy! good riding, and try to keep it on all 4, lol.

Cograts on the fix I am glad it wasn't major. For $150 I agree with michgriz or would think of a K&N replacement filter and do the jetting yourself and some lights if you don't have any. Jets are only $2-$3 dollars a peice and you would only have to have 4-5. The lights I put on my Raptor are one of the best mods I have done to it. If you aren't into shiny things on the grizz let me suggest PIAA. I had two of the 5" ones on my warrior and they lit up everything and more, Moose Off Road also make some good ones.

Frogman, which valve was it that had gotten tight on the bike?
Did they take it out somewhere to test it and let you know.I was just wondering if they were testing it out on a hill by the shop or what.
Mine is doing the same thing but only when climbing out of a hole or starting at a hill/incline under a load.

There are a couple of inclines/hills right at the shop. The shop sits on one of the MAJOR trail systems through the Upper Pen of Michigan. Yes they tested it out for me...i know, cause it was covered in MUD...lol

I have become pretty good friends with the dealer and the head Mechanic. I am a "no bullshiter" when it comes to business and have a good relationship now with them. The owner is the true "business man" if you know what i mean...ya just have to lay it on the line and he will deal.

As far as which valve...not sure, i have not picked the bike up yet. I will talk to them on Friday if i get the chance to pic it up then. We are heading out of town for the weekend. It might end up being Monday before i get to "grill" the Mechanic on the particulars.

I was HOPING to pick the bike up today and go ride, but the wife informed me of my daily duties, and that wasnt part of them.
I promise to let ya know!
